Well, first thing, I just my I Kinda LOVE NY t-shirts in the mail today and they are Cuuute. My dog looks especially adorable. Running around flaunting her indifference.
But that is not today's topic. Today I want to talk about customer service. Normally I would save any customer service blogs for Friday when I can complain and bemoan the shit service that accompanies every transaction I ever make in this city. But not today.
We are getting soundproof windows put in our new apartment. Citiquiet is the company we hired for the job. It has been mostly painless save for some bumping of heads, and I think they will turn out great. This AM the team came back to our apartment to finish the job (it should have only taken one day- hence the head bumping). When they got here, one installer had a nasty case of Pink-eye. Ew. But instead of entering our home and contaminating everything in sight, he gave us the option of rescheduling at our convenience! Wow! I was tickled pink-eye.
